Welcome
MahirRMS is a complete restaurant management system: point of sale, kitchen and menu management, inventory with recipe-based consumption, full double-entry accounting, and reporting — for a single café or a multi-branch chain, all in one place.
This documentation is written for the people who run restaurants on it: owners, branch managers, accountants and cashiers. Each section explains what a feature does, when to use it, and what to check before changing something that affects your books.
How the documentation is organized
- Introduction — whether you need a restaurant ERP, the concepts and terms everything else uses, and your first hour in the system.
- Setup — the business profile, branches, and the core settings that shape how your restaurant runs.
- Users & Permissions — adding people, roles, and the second-person authorizations that guard sensitive actions.
- Data Management — getting data in and out: menu import/export, report exports, bulk operations, personal data.
- Point of Sale — selling: order types, payments, discounts, and the cash registers behind every sale.
- Orders — running orders, editing, kitchen tickets, credit orders and settlements.
- Menu & Kitchen — categories, items, variants, add-ons, deals, and the recipes that connect sales to inventory.
- Inventory — purchases, transfers, wastage, stock reconciliation, and automatic consumption.
- Day Close — the daily closing routine: pre-flight checks, cash counting, supervised stock consumption and the final commit.
- Accounting — the chart of accounts, vouchers and approvals, and the advanced ledger features.
- Assets — your equipment with a real lifecycle: acquisition, automatic depreciation, maintenance and disposal.
- Reports — the full report catalogue and how to tailor it for your team.
- Customer App & Online Ordering — promotions, wallet, banners and how online orders reach the POS.
