The Order Taker App

The Order Taker app is the staff-side companion to your POS: waiters and phone order takers use it to punch dine-in, take-away and delivery orders straight into the same kitchen flow, table plan and billing as the POS itself.

Current app (Android)#

The established version is available on the Play Store:

Mahir RMS Waiters on Google Play

It signs in with your staff accounts and respects the same roles and permissions as the rest of the system.

New version — public testing now, iOS coming soon#

A completely rebuilt Order Taker app is on its way, built to run on both Android and iOS with a faster, cleaner ordering flow.

• Android — already available in public testing; you can join today: Order Taker (public testing) on Google Play
• iOS — coming soon to the App Store.

During the testing period both apps work side by side, so your staff can try the new app at their own pace before the switch-over.
