Report exports#

Every tabular report exports to spreadsheet formats — the columns you see (after your column settings) are the columns you get. This is the everyday export path: for the accountant's month-end file, the bank, a consultant, a tax filing.

Backups#

MahirRMS is operated as a managed service: backups run centrally, on schedule, with retention — they are part of the service, not a task on your list. You don't download nightly backup files or babysit a backup job.

Full data export#

Your data is yours. If you need a complete export beyond what reports cover — a full accounting year for an auditor, a complete menu and sales history — request it through support, which produces it in standard formats. For recurring needs, tell support the shape and cadence you need; recurring exports can be arranged.

For auditors: the combination that usually satisfies an audit is report exports (ledgers, trial balance, sales registers) for the period plus the day close history — the journaled record of every day's checks, counts and consumption.
