Customer App & Online Ordering

When online ordering is enabled for your business, the App menu appears in the main navigation. It is the marketing and money side of your customer-facing channels — the mobile app and website your customers order from.

The App menu

Reaching your customers

  • Push Notifications — compose and schedule messages to app users: openings, offers, "your usual?" nudges.
  • Banners — the app home-screen carousel; each banner links to a food item or category so a tap lands on something orderable. A separate Promotional Banner slot holds a single headline promo.
  • Basic Campaigns — branch-level promotions a location opts into.
  • Food Campaigns — item-level promotional pricing over a date range, with a list of the orders each campaign produced.

Rewarding them

  • Coupons — discount codes for online orders, scoped to customers, branches and brands.
  • Cash Backs — spend-threshold rules that credit a percentage back to the customer's wallet.
  • Loyalty Points — the earn/redeem ledger, with per-customer drill-down.

The wallet

Customers can hold a balance in the app. Add Fund lets you top a wallet up manually (a refund, a goodwill credit), and Wallet Bonus defines "top up X, get Y extra" offers that make prepayment attractive. Withdrawal Methods configure the payout channels used when wallet money leaves the system.

How online orders reach the POS

An order placed in the app or on the website arrives at the branch as an online order: it appears in the POS's Online Orders tab, prints and routes to the kitchen like any other order, and carries its own source tag so Order Source Summary and channel reports can separate POS, tablet and online business. As delivery progresses, the rider status flows back to the customer's app — confirmed, on the way, delivered.

Online ordering is switched on per branch in the branch's settings, so a new location can go live on the app only when it is ready. Access to this menu is permission-controlled per link — a role can be given coupons and banners without the wallet, and the App menu itself has a master permission — so marketing work can be delegated without opening the money side. Loyalty, customer records and complaint handling live in the Options menu under Customers.
