Online Ordering & Apps

Launching Your Customer Website

Your ordering website is a modern web application served from your own domain. It is built once per brand with your identity baked in, then kept up to date centrally — new features reach every brand's site without you doing anything.

What you provide

1. A domain. Buy it from any registrar (or use one you own). You will either point its DNS to the hosting we give you or, if you use Cloudflare, add the origin server we provide. We will guide this step — it is a ten-minute change.

2. Your logo. One square, high-resolution image (1024×1024 PNG with a transparent background is ideal). From this single file we generate the website icons, browser favicon, app icons and store artwork.

3. A Google account for Firebase. Sign-in by SMS code (phone OTP) and order notifications run on Google Firebase. We create and configure a Firebase project for your brand — you only need to own the Google account it lives under, so the project remains your property.

4. A Google Maps billing account. Address search and the delivery map use the Google Maps Platform, which requires a Google Cloud account with billing enabled. Google gives a substantial free monthly allowance that covers a typical restaurant comfortably, but a card must be on file.

What happens on our side

We build your branded site, connect it to your menu and branches, configure sign-in and notifications, set up the domain with SSL, and test an order end-to-end — including the SMS sign-in code and the push notification your customer receives when the order status changes. You review it on a private link before the domain goes live; the cut-over itself takes minutes and no existing service is interrupted.

After launch

  • Menu, prices, branches, delivery areas and opening hours are all managed from your normal admin panel — the site follows them live.
  • Promotions, banners, coupons and push campaigns are in the App menu.
  • Your reports separate website orders from app and POS orders automatically.

Make it yours: colours, fonts and layout

Everything visual is set per brand under Business setup → Theme, and the website picks the change up within a minute — no rebuild, no deploy.

  • Theme colours — the light and dark palettes shared by the website and the mobile apps. The site derives every surface from these, so one primary colour restyles buttons, the category index, badges and the welcome screen together.
  • Web UI — website only:
    • Typography: a display font for headlines, category names, item names and prices, and a body font for everything else, chosen from a curated Google Fonts list (sans-serif, display, serif, script, Arabic & Urdu) or any Google Fonts family by name; headline weight and letter spacing; base text size.
    • Layout: default menu layout on desktop (photo grid or list), card corner radius, maximum page width, whether item descriptions, ratings and the promo banner carousel are shown, and what the welcome screen uses as artwork (your promo photo when one is set, always the photo, or always the brand colour).
    • Food preview: how the item photo sits in the item dialog — fill the panel and crop the edges (right for photography shot to fill), or show the whole image (right for transparent cut-outs and artwork with text) — and the backdrop behind it (follow light/dark mode, translucent white, translucent charcoal, or none). The site never removes a background baked into the file; upload transparent PNG/WebP when you want one.
    • A live preview on the page shows the fonts and card style before you save; Reset returns the brand to the defaults.

The mobile apps keep their own typography; colours are shared.
